    Orders are sent through the private courier company "ELTA COURIER." We offer courier shipping options for lengths up to 1.80 meters.<\/p>\n

    For longer lengths, we ship the products using transport companies or other suitable ways agreed individually with the customer.<\/p>\n

    Receipt:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Customers can pick up their orders from our physical store during business hours Monday-Saturday 09:00-15:00<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Shipping cost:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    We offer flexible shipping cost policy.<\/p>\n

    Specifically, we provide free shipping for orders worth \u20ac100 or more.<\/p>\n

    For orders worth less than \u20ac100, the user bears shipping costs of \u20ac3.50 per order.<\/p>\n

    Delivery time:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Orders destined for areas within Attica, Thessaloniki, and large urban centers are usually delivered within 5 working days.<\/p>\n

    Orders destined for areas outside Attica, Thessaloniki and large urban centers are usually delivered within 8 working days.<\/p>\n

    However, please note that delivery time is subject to product availability.<\/p>\n

    We are dedicated to the fast and efficient execution of your orders, taking into account the quality and immediate availability of our products.<\/p>\n

    Order delay:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

    The product has been delayed by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestically or internationally. But there are cases where an order of ours can get "stuck" in customs or in transit, as a result of which we do not have it in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without this product or suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it in our warehouses.<\/p>\n
